Tried to get a foundation match at 4…
Tried to get a foundation match at 4 different stores within two weeks. Unfortunately, there was never anyone to help me as always having lunch or on break.

Embarrassing....
Embarrassing....
Due to a mistake on their website they have their famous genifique serum for a tenner. I ordered one for myself, spred the word to relatives and ordered 3 more. I have received my orders very soon. You cannot imagine my surprise after I opened these boxes. There was a 7 ml sample of serum in each box! I phoned them immediately, spent 45 min talking to very nice man. As per his request, I emailed pictures of what I received. Their response was: this is what you ordered! You ordered 4 samples for a tenner each!
I kid you not. I responded with screnshoots of my orders. This time I received an email with apologies and information I would be sent missing serum and refunded. A few weeks later I received ONE serum. No more serums, no refund. I phoned them again. I was told that due to this mistake and high demand they were not able to fulfill these orders and I would be refunded (one day, some day....).
I will not be waiting longer, have just asked paypal for a refund
Poor lancome, cannot afford their mistake nor can they give me my £30 back.
Never again, stick to less popular but honest brands.

About the Lancôme brand's deceptive practices towards consumers
I don't even want to give it a star, I bought a 30ml essence from Lancôme and the price on the website was £10, yet I received a 7ml sample, I went to customer service for this and Lancôme claimed that I didn't pay for 30ml how could I receive 30ml, this is deceitful, insulting and untrustworthy. And blamed the consumer for the price issue on their website, for which I had to return the product and wait a long time for a refund. It was a very bad experience and made me realise that Lancôme as a brand does not have a qualified service. Many of my friends and people on the internet are starting to realise how bad Lancôme is and we will not buy from this brand again because of the disrespect!

If I could give 0 I would.. this is not a rating of the
product but of this overall experience I've had with
the company and website, I ordered from this
website 2 weeks ago today, I got this cream as a
Mother's Day gift. I was never provided with a
tracking code or an update that my order was
shipped, I still have not got my item I ordered which
means I've spent over a 100 euros and have nothing
to show for it and will have no gift now for Mother's
Day. I've rang the customer service line three times
now and no one has gotten to the bottom of my
issue or even where my order is, I think this is crazy
for the amount of money your spending.. I asked to
speak to supervisor as I was getting no where with
agent, not once did any agent apologise for the
inconvenience this has caused and I'm still waiting
on a call back that probably won't happen. So now
I'm without a gift and 100 euro less in my account,
bare in mind I ordered well in advance to get product
in time and have still been let down. I would tell
people not to order from this website and go
somewhere else as it is clearly untrustworthy. Do
better guys as people are spending there money to
get their product and good customer service.

Dreadful Lancome
I purchased two Hypnose Volume -a-porter, on the 8th. March 22. The offer was buy one get one free and I also chose two free samples. I received the order on the 11th March. The box had been ripped and partly open. The only items left in the box were the tissue paper, one sample and a thank you card from Lancome. The mascaras were missing.

I immediately contacted customer service regarding this. The first lady I spoke to was very helpful and requested photos of the damaged box etc. I had difficulty sending the photos so I rang again, and again I spoke to a very helpful lady who talked me through what to do and the photos were received. I was told this would be passed to the relevant department, and I was invited to choose either a refund or replacement, I chose the latter.

I hadn't heard anything from Lancome by Monday 21.March and I emailed, asking were the replacement was. I did not get a reply. Today I rang customer services who told me the department dealing with my issue had reported on the 15th March, that they could not replace the mascara as it was not damaged. I was quite clear when I spoke to customer services, that they were missing from the parcel. They also said the sample could not be replaced, which is of no consequence.

It has now been 13 days since I raised my complaint. I still don't have a replacement or a refund.

Never use again.
I have finally had my refund which has been owing since last November. No apology or explanation.
I will never order from Lancome again.
So disappointed.

Awful Customer service
They sent wrong shade of lipstick due to numbers being wrong on the website, customer service takes ages to respond to emails and they just fob you off in the phone. Email responses rude and abrupt. Won't purchase from their website ever again. Overall a stressful experience.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - returned a duplicate gift and after numerous emails and attempts to resolve via telephone (wait times shocking) with uninterested verging on rude advisors I eventually got a refund over 6 weeks after they received the goods back. I will never buy direct from them again.

This has got to be the worst company in the Uk. Do not buy from them. My wife ordered a gift set and waited more than 2weeks for delivery. My wife called today - they said it's out of stock. However they are still selling the same product on their website. Their customer service is absolutely shocking. They are very rude and unfriendly and never say SORRY.

Appalling company
Appalling company. Ordered a Genifique gift set in the black Friday sale. Weeks later it hadn't arrived. I contacted Lancome and they took weeks to respond. Eventually had to open a case with PayPal to get a refund. It turns out that the gift set was out of stock. I won't bother with this brand anymore and think I will try Dior instead.

I made an order Gift set with mascara…
I made an order Gift set with mascara and Gift set with parfume. Guess what, Gift set with parfume was not delivered. I received just one small parcel that contains mascara but no parfume. I got just one trucking number and when I put it so it says order delivered, but I received just one item. Nothing about it in my account, when I looked into order history. Contacted customer service, not sure about reply. Would not buy again something from their website. Shame that company like Lancome has such a bad standard of service! Never would buy again and would recommend my friends avoid their website.
